## How Equilibre is different

- **Web3-native by default.** The team understands HIP-3, liquid staking, perps mechanics, points systems, debonding windows, and on-chain RWA without needing a glossary.
- **Funnel-metric outcomes, not deliverables.** Engagements are scoped to activation, retention, or LTV movement — not to a count of screens.
- **Staff-level execution only.** Senior product designers do the design work; no handoff to juniors.
- **Tight loop with engineering.** Outputs include prompts engineers can paste into Claude Code, not just Figma files.
