We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) and do not direct our services to children under 16.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to inquiries and pre-contractual requests — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in handling your request).

  • Marketing communications, where applicable — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function. Where any non-essential cookies are introduced (e.g. analytics), they will only be set with your prior consent via a cookie banner, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

We share personal data with carefully selected service providers acting as processors on our behalf, including hosting, email, scheduling, document storage, analytics, and accounting providers. They are bound by data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, supplementary measures. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by contacting us.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above: inquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact; client engagement records for the duration of the engagement plus the legal retention period (typically 10 years for accounting records under French law); marketing data until you withdraw consent.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Article 15);
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16);
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17);
