These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Equilibre Studio (“Equilibre”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Who we are
Equilibre Studio is a product design partner for Series A and B web3 startups, operating from Lyon, Lisbon, and remotely across the EU. Contact: studio@equilibre.cc.
3. Services
We provide product design, research, user testing, copywriting, and AI engineering services on a project, sprint, or retainer basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written engagement letter or statement of work.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, design, logos, graphics) is owned by Equilibre Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of work product delivered under an engagement transfers as set out in the relevant statement of work, typically upon full payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (d) interfere with the operation of the website.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equilibre Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, where applicable, mandatory consumer rights under EU law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU member state in which a consumer resides remain unaffected. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
