We help you shift from AI-absent to AI-native.
People are changing the way they search. Most websites cannot be read well by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. We help you get found.
What can I help with?
Ask anything
Your customers are asking AI who to hire. You don't show up.
When a potential client needs an asbestos survey or a safety audit, a growing share of them now type the question into AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity instead of searching it in Google. These AI searches usually return a list of three or four company names and a summary.
The names in these lists are pulled from websites the AI can actually read. That is a smaller set than you would expect. AI tools do not open pages the way a browser does, and they skip anything that loads after the page arrives, which is how a large number of modern sites are built.
The result is a site that looks fine to you, ranks acceptably on Google, yet is practically invisible in the eyes of AI.
What you get
We do this for you
- Permission file set so AI tools are allowed in
- Firewall and security settings checked, since these block AI tools more often than anything else
- Site index generated or repaired
- Leftover “do not list” tags from your site's build removed
- Your analytics configured to report AI-referred visitors separately, including the sources and history Google's built-in channel misses. Requires an existing Google Analytics 4 or similar.
- Server records reviewed to confirm the AI tools are genuinely reading real pages
- A recorded starting point: 20 real customer questions, asked three times each in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, from your market, with screenshots. You see how often you're named, how often competitors are, and whether what's said about you is correct. Because assistants take weeks to pick up changes, the meaningful re-run is 6–8 weeks after your changes go live — available as a follow-up.
You receive this
- Your business details written in the format machines read: services, location, certifications, hours, contact
- A title and summary for every page
- Section headings rewritten as the questions your customers ask
- Opening paragraphs rewritten to answer first
- A complete FAQ page, 12 to 15 questions with finished answers
- Your certifications, licence numbers, service area and response times formatted for publication
- A written description for every image
- Notes on which content should be laid out as tables
- An off-site action list: what we found on your Google Business Profile, business directories, reviews and trade association pages, and the exact fix for each.
The document is written so your existing developer can apply it directly. If you would rather we did it, we will quote separately once we know the platform.
€1,500 · fixed · two weeks
Up to 10 content pages. Includes the audit, the direct work, the document and one round of questions after delivery. No retainer, no lock-in. You own everything we write.
- A page means a content page: home, about, a service page, a certifications page, contact. Privacy, cookie and terms pages do not count toward the ten; they receive a title and description only.
- Additional content pages are €120 each, or €500 for a block of five.
- Blog, news and case study archives are not priced per page. They are €400 flat whatever the size, covering a reusable title, description and structured data pattern for the whole archive plus three posts written out as worked examples.
- Sites with more than 25 content pages are quoted separately. Beyond that size the two-week turnaround stops being realistic, mostly because of the time your side needs to review the copy.
Prices exclude VAT; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
What this does not include
Implementation of the document.
Quoted separately, because it depends entirely on how your site was built.
Installing analytics.
If your site has no analytics yet, adding the tracking code and a consent banner is implementation, quoted separately.
Doing the off-site work.
Google Business Profile, directory listings, reviews and trade association pages all affect whether AI recommends you. We check each one and tell you exactly what to fix — it's itemised in your document. Doing it is ongoing work and does not belong in a fixed price.
A guarantee of being recommended.
Nobody can honestly offer that. AI tools change what they cite without notice. What we can guarantee is that your site becomes readable, that your details are published in a form these tools can verify, and that you can measure what happens next.
One caveat about rebuilds.
If the check finds your site loads its content after the page arrives, this service cannot help until that changes. We will say so, and in some cases the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than the workaround. We would tell you that before you paid us anything.
Sites that work fine, and have never been looked at from this angle
Small and medium business with a working website that is a few years old that have not seen any or significant AI optimisation.

- No. SEO is about ranking in a list of links. This is about being readable and quotable by AI assistants that answer a question directly and name two or three companies. The work overlaps in places — a clean sitemap helps both — but the target is different.
- No. This service is not the focus of ranking at the top of Google. The work may help your general visibility, but reaching the top of Google requires additional SEO-focused outreach, which is outside this fixed-price engagement.
- Most agencies build for browsers and for Google. AI tools read pages differently: they don't run the scripts that fill a modern site with its content, and they look for facts stated plainly. Your agency can apply our document; the diagnosis and the writing are what you're buying.
- A content page: home, about, each service page, certifications, contact. Privacy, cookie and terms pages don't count toward the ten — they get a title and description only. Ten content pages are included at €1,500.
- Additional content pages are €120 each, or €500 for a block of five. Over 25 content pages we quote separately, because at that size two weeks stops being realistic — mostly due to the review time on your side.
- Archives aren't priced per page. Blog, news and case study archives are €400 flat whatever the size. That covers a reusable title, description and structured data pattern for the whole archive, plus three posts written out as worked examples.
- For the best result we need access to the files your site serves at its root (robots.txt, sitemap.xml), your analytics, and ideally server logs. However, we can also work without this access if needed.
- Common, and usually workable. Most of the direct work happens at hosting level rather than inside the site's code. The document is written so any competent developer can apply it — and if you don't have one, we'll quote the implementation separately.
- It can. Cloudflare decides which AI tools reach your site, separately from anything on the site itself. Since September 2026 it splits them into search, training and agent crawlers, and sites that had AI blocking switched on were changed automatically. We check all three settings and tell you what to set.
